Our Story

Obsidian Visual Studio was born from the meeting of two worlds that seemed to have nothing to do with each other.

My background in Performing Arts Production taught me to think in terms of timing, structure, and narrative — to understand that behind every great piece of audiovisual content is a well-organized idea, not just a pretty edit.

Jahz, on the other hand, comes from the world of real estate, sales, and gastronomy — spaces where he learned to read people, understand what truly sells, and how to build a client's trust before they say yes.

When we decided to bring those two worlds together, it wasn't just a business decision — it was a way to build something together, and to help others grow theirs along the way.

Today, that combination is what we bring to every project: the structure and organization of production, paired with the commercial sensitivity of someone who knows what truly connects with people.

I lead the creative direction and editing of every project; Jahz leads the business and strategy side — together, every project has both the technical eye and the vision of what truly connects with people.
